Sometimes committing to an hour a week for talk therapy feels overwhelming. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to help you process an event or figure out how to narrow your life goals. Coaching can give you a little extra support to help you get to where you want to go with a specific situation.
Our coaching sessions are held in through video chat, on the phone, or via email. I also offer instant message sessions or email coaching when meeting at a specific time may be a challenge. I want our time to be as stress free as possible. If at any point during your time with me you are unhappy with how things are going, please be sure and bring it to my attention. Our sessions are always going to be about you. After all I’m here to help you.
